I Felt Part of Something Bigger…

Well, my Momentum journey in Israel has come to an end. What an experience. Last time I wrote it was just before Shabbat. My first Shabbat in Israel was a memorable one. The energy is electric, magnificent, and contagious. I loved every minute of it. I’m not sure what my Shabbat at home will look like, but I will try to make it special in some way.

As each day of the trip passed, I saw friendships grow, and I became more engaged with my self-reflection.

While in Jerusalem for the last few days of the trip, I started to feel connected to the history of my Jewish roots. I felt part of something bigger than just me. I want to capture that feeling and take it with me.

And while this part of the journey is ending – I’m excited to start a new one at home.
